LIVING TEBOGO | SOUTH AFRICA

Students of the University of Art in Linz (Austria) designed and built extensions for handicapped children in Johannisburg, South Africa in 2005. The charitable work with the help of the inhabitants constructed a canteen with a new kitchen plus a building for therapies including sanitary installations. Local materials like concrete, ground, loam, straw and wood generated buildings without any additional use of energy to gain a comfortable indoor climate all over the year.
